Shipping policy and prices

 

From the moment the order is received, Montaldo Langhe reserves 5 working days to process the order. The shipment of the order will be communicated with an email, where the package code will be indicated to check the status of the shipment. During Christmas and Easter, processing times may be delayed.

 

Italy: Montaldo Langhe offers a flat rate of € 5, which is calculated and reported automatically before placing the order with delivery time in 3 days, calculated from the date of acceptance of the package. The rates and delivery times for the Islands are increased.
Free shipping is available for all orders over € 30 in Italy.

 

Europe: for each order under € 40,01 Montaldo Langhe applies a flat rate of € 20 which is calculated and reported automatically before placing the order with delivery times in 5-7 days, calculated from the date of acceptance of the pack.
Free shipping is available for all orders in Europe above € 40,01

Rest of the World: for each order under € 100,01 Montaldo Langhe applies a flat rate of € 50 which is calculated and reported automatically before placing the order with delivery times in 5-7 days, calculated from the date of acceptance of the pack.
Free shipping is available for all orders in the rest of the world above € 100,01.

Any invoice request must be made together with the order specifying it in the notes.

Montaldo Langhe does not ship orders on Friday, in order to reduce the total duration of the trip.

Returns policy and right of withdrawal

All purchased products have the right to reconsider as provided for by the legislative decree 22 May 1999, n. 185.

Montaldo Langhe assures each customer of this site the right of withdrawal within 10 days from the date of delivery, or the possibility of returning what was purchased. The purchased products can be returned, as long as they are in perfect condition (intact jar seals). Montaldo Langhe undertakes to return the entire amount of the order, excluding shipping costs, as required by Italian law. Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185.

 

To return the products, it is necessary to send an e-mail to info@montaldolanghe.com indicating the term "Return". Inside it, please include the following information: customer name, invoice or order number, and the nature of the problem.
